The priests is being hurt by the Moral and economic blame. The general population is low in reverence of saints, the problem is more in Akhara. So the council of Akhara parishad start individual inquiry of the concerned people who is going to take relinquishment. The moral, social and knowledge will be tested, it will live up to her retirement to his life. For those who have expressed their desire to retire in Kumbh 2013 investigation has just begun. Radhe Ma Mahamandleshwar issue is hurting enough to Council of Akhara Parishad. Many saint already have reached the dignity of his retirement from wrong actions. According to Swami Hari Chatany Brahmchari, anyone can take the relinquishment, but that everyone should follow the prescribed procedure. The spokesman of Council of Akhara Parishad Mahant Durgadas says, We will strictly follow the process it now, to relinquishment at the meet.
Will Examine The Relinquishment
Where the person came from his retirement. What is the cause of his retirement, his family background, do not have a criminal history, school has many social and moral is not to blame.
Increasing numbers situation deteriorated
Some time in Akhara - increasing numbers are falling over each other. For this reason he will not try to learn the history of his retirement, the wrong people come into contact with them, which can cause further disrepute.
This is the process of renunciation
Relinquishment in Kumbha and Ardhakumbh is more important. Retired person has to be a three-day fast. Very first day he takes only water, second day milk and third day fruits etc. During this time he start reding Brahmsutra, Panchdashi and Upnishad and as well as he has to complete 24 Lakhs Gaytri Mantra Jap.While Naga Saints just take fast and make note of your adorable. After completion of fast, he takes tonsure (Kshurkarm), tonsure is left in it's peak with hair, then he makes himself Pind Dan, so no other's do this. After this Vijyahawan takes, Through it he takes determination to distance themselves from each good work (Shubkarm). At the end Acharya Mahamandleshwar cut his peak's of hair from his head and give him a new cloth and name, according to his wisdom responsibility given.
Would not be easy to relinquishment

Puri Shankaracharya, Swami Adhokshjanand Tirtha expressed his desire to invite the separatists to attend Kumbh Mela, the biggest religious festival of the country. Heading one of the five main religious seats of Hindus in the country, Swami is on a visit to Kashmir valley in connection with annual Amarnath Yatra.
During the visit he met hard-line separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani, moderate Hurriyat leader and chief Muslim Cleric Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Yasin Malik.
"Kumbh is a place where people from across the country converge. It is where Ganga, Jamuna and Saraswati meet. And we want to invite the people with separatist ideologies from Kashmir and other areas of North east to listen to them and discuss their problems with other countrymen," Swami told Hindustan Times.
"It is an attempt towards peace. We want to send a message to our countrymen that the issue in Kashmir is not Hindu versus Muslim or Indians versus Kashmiris but it is a political issue," he said.
The Shankaracharya, who met separatists in 1998 to convince them for talks, said that Kashmiris were not 'communal’ as was the belief across India.
"I have seen the real face of people of valley. Amarnath Yatra is successful only due to the efforts of local Kashmiri Muslims. They carry the pilgrims on their shoulders, they guide and serve them during the Yatra. This image should be known to the whole World," Swami said.
"What one can infer from their thinking is that they respect Hindus but have some political issues which need to be addressed," he stated.
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq confirmed that Swami met him at his Nigeen residence. "He maintained that religious people always side with truth. And he has come to portray the real situation of Kashmir in India. He also expressed his desire to invite Hurriyat Chairman to Kumbh mela as a leader and a prominent religious figure of the valley," Hurriyat said in a statement.
JKLF Chairman Yasin Malik hailed Shankacharya for 'inviting him to this year's Kumbh Mela for reaching out to the people of India'.
"Shankaracharya Jee as a religious leader rules the hearts and minds of billions of Indians. Kashmiris have always stood for communal harmony and have looked towards Swami Jee a true leader of masses and one who stands for truth and humanity," Malik said in a statement.
"During a visit to Kashmir in 1997-98, when Acharya Jee saw the sufferings of people here, he was furious. He went back and raised his voice for Kashmiris and despite a lot of pressures refused to budge and stood for the just cause," Malik stated.

The Maha Kumbh Mela 2012-13 is more than five months away but organisers are already warning visitors to beware of websites and agencies that promise Swiss-style cottages at the Mela.
According to Additional Mela Officer Ashutosh Dwivedi, the matter came to light after certain individuals seeking to book land for Swiss-style cottages through unauthorised websites approached Mela organizers.
There are no websites issued by the Government for allocating cottages to private agencies, Mr. Dwivedi said, adding that necessary information about the Mela is available on the official website of the Maha Kumbh Mela.
Visitors and devotees would be accommodated in the tents of sadhus, State Tourism Department cottages and the hotels and lodges in the city.
At the 2001 Maha Kumbh Mela in Allahabad, private travel and hotel agencies were evicted from the premises after sadhus protested saying that luxury cottages vitiated the solemnity of the event.
Moreover, while Allahabad city undergoes major facelifts to be ready in time for the grand show, organisers have begun acquiring land at the Mela site. Forty-six villages near the Sangam spread over 20 km have been allotted to the 55-day event which will host an estimated 100 million people. The three days of “Shahi Snans” are estimated to draw as many as 60 million people.
Those events are Makar Sankranti (January 14), Mauni Amavasya (February 10) and Basant Panchami (February 15).

The foreigners who were eagerly waiting for 2013 Kumbh Mela in Allahabad would be discouraged from entering an Akhara, the place where the Hindu renunciates live. This strange decision has been taken by Juna Akhara, one of the oldest mutts of Naga sadhus.
"This verdict was passed by a majority of sadhus of Juna Akhara because we have noticed in recent years that the foreigners were trying to pollute the atmosphere of our mutts. They bring drugs and liquor to lure our sadhus. This gives a bad name to the mutts. So we have expelled three sadhus from our Akhara and took a decision in a meeting in Haridwar on Thursday that the foreigners would be prohibited from entering our akhara in Kumbh Mela," said Mahant Prem Giri, general secretary of Juna Akhara.
"It also happens that some sadhus who don't value Hindu morals, lure the western women and exploit them. This is the reason that we decided to prevent their frequent contacts in the Akhara," said Mahant Parshuram Giri, another sadhu of Juna Akhara.
He recalled that a Naga sadhu Narayan Giri of Juna Akhara had cheated many foreign women. He had married two Italian women in 2001 without telling them that he was already married.
"He used to live at Kedar Ghat in Varanasi and cheat foreign women who used to visit the place in search of peace and salvation. He even went to Italy with one of the women. But she deserted him after knowing that he had earlier duped other women by marrying them. There are many other sadhus also in the akharas who are hardly involved in religious work but they keep trapping foreigners. So we believe that the ban on foreigners in our Akhara is an apt decision," said Mahant Prem Giri.
Mahant Mahendra Giri, a sadhu of Nirwani Akhara, said, "We welcome the decision of Juna Akhara because they are facing problems due to foreigners. But it doesn't mean that we don't want the foreigners in Kumbh Mela. They are free to visit the congregation and explore their religious curiosities. They are our guests and we respect their sentiment. I also believe that the other Akharas don't need to take a similar decision if their sadhus are disciplined renunciates and follow religious and social ethics."

Adi Shankara (Sanskrit: आदि शङ्करः (788 - 820), also known as Sankara Bhagavatpadacarya and Adi Sankaracarya was an Indian philosopher from Kaladi in present day Eranakulam district, Kerala who consolidated the doctrine of advaita vedanta. His teachings are based on the unity of the atman and brahman non-dual brahman, in which brahman is viewed as nirguna brahman, brahman without attributes.
Shankara travelled across the Indian subcontinent to propagate his philosophy through discourses and debates with other thinkers. He is reputed to have founded four mathas ("monasteries"), which helped in the historical development, revival and spread of Advaita Vedanta of which he is known as the greatest revivalist. Adi Shankara is believed to be the organizer of the Dashanami monastic order and the founder of the Shanmata tradition of worship.
His works in Sanskrit concern themselves with establishing the doctrine of advaita (nondualism). He also established the importance of monastic life as sanctioned in the Upanishads and Brahma Sutra, in a time when the Mimamsa school established strict ritualism and ridiculed monasticism. Shankara represented his works as elaborating on ideas found in the Upanishads, and he wrote copious commentaries on the Vedic canon (Brahma Sutra, principal upanishads and Bhagavad Gita) in support of his thesis. The main opponent in his work is the Mimamsa school of thought, though he also offers arguments against the views of some other schools like Samkhya and certain schools of Buddhism.

The monastic structure of Sanatana Dharma is complex and organic, most monks belong to a parampara (lineage) or a monastic order. The Akhara vary in theology as well as size and influence; most are Smarta in practice, but three are considered Vaishnavite and a few are Saivite. There is plenty of respectful acceptances for different points of view among the groups and no dominance exists. Other large exist outside the Akharas, such as the Swaminarayan fellowship, the RamaKrishna Order and the Nathas of South India. Within each Akhara, most sannyasins are also associated with one of the dashanami lineages. Adi Shankara, who originated the dashanami system and did much to revitalize and improve the system of monastic orders.
Sadhus are in two broad categories, those who love in monastic communities and those who wander or live in solitude. The socially engaged Juna Akhara (The Juna Akhara is the largest of the thirteen akharas consisting of over 500,000 sadhus and five million sanyassis) consists of both types and is host to thousands of naga sadhus and maunis who strive to uplift the world by their silent existence, anonymously blessing society from secluded caves. Their lack of involvement maintains certain fluidity in the monastic order; these outlying branches of the family prevent the Acharya from becoming too central to the structure. During the monumental Kumbha Melas, the mountain dwelling Sadhus join their brothers of the same Akhara in a surprisingly harmonious weave, populating vast areas under colorful tents and new sannyasins are initiated by the Acharaya Mahamandaleshwar, usually by the thousands in a powerful event.
Literally, "Mahamandaleshwar" means "Superior of great and/or numerous monasteries" or "Superior of a religious district or province" (maha = great, mandala = district, ishwara = head, sovereign). There are two systems of organization in the dashanami order. Each of the ten names (dasha = ten, nami = name), which is appended to a monk's given name at initiation, is assigned to one of the four cardinal monastic seats founded by Shankaracharya and presided over by his direct successors at Joshimath in North India, Dwarka in the West, Shringeri in the South and Puri in the East.
The other system is the akhara system of which the Mahamandaleshwaras are a part. Their origin dates from the early days of Islamic invasions into India (around or just prior to 1000 CE) when many monks became the targets of murderous attacks. In order to protect themselves, they formed "regiments" of monk-warriors who, to this day, preserve the traditional martial arts of India in addition to their spiritual practices. So in addition to being a way to organize the orders at a local level they have historically also served as paramilitary regiments with the Mahamandaleshwaras as generals, as it were, of these regiments.

Jagat Mandir Dwarka is famous for the temple of Dwarkadhish, the ` Lord of Dwarka' also known as Jagat Mandir or temple of the world. It is sup- posed to have been constructed over 1400 years ago, although many claim that it is even older. It houses the image of Lord Krishna and is the beacon which draws pilgrims from all over India and abroad. Magnificently built on traditional lines, the temple has five floors and is profusely carved from base to pinnacle. The festival of Lord Krishna's birth is celebrated there every year in the auspicious month of Shravan with great splendour and amidst great rejoicing. Navratri and other festivals celebrated there during the year recall special events in the Lord's life. It is during these festivals, redolent as they are with mystic fervor and joy, that the true significance of Dwarka can be understood.

According to the tradition initiated by Adi Shankara, this matha is in charge of the Atharvaveda. Jyotirmath, which is close to the pilgrimage town of Badrinath, has not always been an active matha. It is sometimes said incorrectly that the original northern matha was established at Badrinath. This place can be a base station for travellers going to Guru Gobind Ghat or the Valley of Flowers National Park.
In its most recent history, the Jyotirmath became inactive in the early 19th century. The formal occupation of the matha was restarted with the aid of the heads of some of the other mathas from about 1940 onward when Brahmananda Saraswati became the Shankaracharya from 1941 to 1953. The current head or shankaracharya is Svarupananda Sarasvati who is also head of the Dvaraka Pitha.
